1.  The snake does not eat

the grasshopper. Therefore

it is not a predator of the

grasshopper.

2. Some predators are

omnivores.

3. Not all predators are

larger than their prey. For

example, the African hunting

dogs are smaller than some

of their prey.

4. A change in the population

of an organism in a food web

affects the populations of

organisms directly linked to

it as well as organisms

indirectly linked to it in the

food web.

5. Hyenas, vultures,

earthworms

millipedes and termites help

to break down dead and

waste matter into smaller

pieces and thus speed up the

decomposition process.

However, they are not

to 3.10pm. You will take your lunch
